MultiMind is looking for a Danish speaking Customer Service Representative. Our client is a Swedish IT company working with payment solutions for the Internet purchasing. They are present on most of European markets and are now undergoing an exciting phase of expansion. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for development. You will start off as a consultant via MultiMind, but chances are high that you will be recruited over by our client after 3 months' probationary period.
You will work with customers' inquiries at the company's customer service department. Your main tasks will include but won't be limited to answering phone calls, emails and faxes from clients as well as helping them to solve problems with invoices, deliveries, reminders and debt collections. You will be part of a young and professional team that will always be ready to help you out.
We expect that you have completed yoursecondary education. If you have experience in customer service, you are our perfect candidate. It is also a merit if you have an understanding for basic financial processes.
You speak and write in Danish fluently, it's an advantage if Danish is your mother tongue. To be on a safe side a language test will be done during the selection process. You also have very good knowledge of English and excellent computer skills.
