To International Färg AB production site in Angered we are currently recruiting a Danish speaking Customer Order Service (COS) representative who will be providing service to customers and salesmen in order to contribute to a positive development of the PC-market in the Nordic region. The scope of customer service extends from point of quotation/ordering, through order processing and invoicing up to point of cash collection from the customer. Your main duties will include:
Process all orders placed by Nordic customers from point of order through to invoicing
Pick batches from warehouse and print pick list to warehouse
Record and chase POD?s required to support invoicing
Distribute and file customer invoice plus any associated paperwork e. g. Safety and Technical Data Sheets etc.
Measure degree of service within the guidelines of the OTIF-process
Estimate forecasts of future sales (in collaboration with salesmen)
Handle arrangements of customers, articles, credits and reclaims
Requirements
To be successful in this position you have previous experience in working with customer service, logistics or sales &supply planning. You are a driven team-player and have experience in operating in international business environment. As a person you have excellent communication, planning and organization skills. Since many of our customers are located in Denmark we are looking for a candidate who has excellent verbal and written skills in Danish. In addition to that, you are fluent in English and skilled user of Microsoft Office Package
