The Customer Service department's primary goal is to deliver excellent service to Klarna?s customers, both our end-consumers and the e-stores using our payment services. In Stockholm, we are about 100 agents handling customer errands for seven different countries.

Your mission is to give our customers great service by answering their questions over phone and per e-mail and letter. Cases handled by you are both complex and tricky and require your persistent commitment. You will be involved in different projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes - all to enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our customers. The Customer Service department is a central part of Klarna and your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction.

You are a driven and out-going person who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization where only change is constant. You have outstanding investigation skills and perceive angry, upset, scared or frustrated customers as a challenge. Your everyday mission is to make every customer happy and satisfied after contacting you.

You are a problem solver who likes to investigate and handle difficult cases. Working towards common goals with dedicated, social team members makes you tick. You thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom. You are fluent in Danish, English and another of the following languages; Swedish, Finnish, German, Norwegian or Dutch.
