In this role you will be Handle the whole collection process with a clear focus on finding the best solutions for our Danish customers. You will be part of our Nordic Collection team with 8 other colleagues and report directly to the team manager. We create solutions that simplify finance
In this role you will administrate our debt portfolio and communicate with the customer by phone and e-mail. Together with our customers you will create a dialogue for finding the best and most realistic solution. You will work independently with diversified tasks and work through the whole process starting with sending the first due payment reminder to our customer.
Your main tasks will be to collect delayed payments. Communicate with stake holders such as our customers and collection partner. Create payment plans together with our customers.

Are you the one for Ikano?
You have a couple of years of experience from Collection or Customer Service. We think that you are an effective and dedicated person. You are ambitious and energetic with a positive attitude. You are fluent in Danish and/or Swedish. You are service minded and comfortable talking with customers. You are multi-task oriented and self-driven.
