Job Description Overview: Responsible for the Service operations with specific accounts. You will help our customers with escalations and special cases when problems arise with our products that the level 1 support cant mandate to resolve. You will primarily work via email, but also over the phone. Ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. Ensure that all repairs are closed in the desired repair time and if not, close the case with a compensation! Please note that perfect Danish is a must!
Responsibilities:
• Act as second line for the call center
Contact person for service accounts in a specific region with responsibility for the satisfaction and the turn around time
• Monitor the TAT - Provide end users with email support
• Handle compensations and swap & credit escalations
• Handle RMA & DOA restorations with contact with customers and validate the applications
