MultiMind is now looking for a Danish Customer Service Agent to a successful global company working with online payment solutions. You will be hired directly at our customer and for the right person there are good opportunities to develop within the company.
The Customer Service department’s primarily goal is to deliver excellent service to the customers, both our end-consumers and the e-stores using our payment services. In Stockholm, they are about 100 agents handling customer errands for seven different countries.
Your mission is to give our Danish customers great service by answering their questions over phone, e-mail and social media. You will be involved in different projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes. The Customer Service department is a central part of the company and your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction.
You are a driven and out-going person who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization where only change is constant. Working towards common goals together with dedicated, social team members makes you tick. You thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom. We expect you to be fluent in Danish and English, extra language skills is a plus.
