Business Unit Liquid Food delivers processing components and solutions to customers producing dairy products, beverages and other liquid food products. The Dairy Chilled sub-category within Business Unit Liquid Food (BULF) is responsible for processing solutions to the pasteurized, fermented and Extended Shelf Life (ESL) dairy product market. We develop, own and maintain products, dairy technology know-how and process line concepts which will be a base for proven and successful customer solutions.
What you will do
As Dairy Process Solution Manager/Line Solution Manager-you are responsible of marketing, development, maintenance and improvement of our process line concepts for chilled and fermented dairy products. In this position you will influence the solutions we offer the dairy industry to meet current and future needs.
You will focus on:
• Driving development of best practice production concepts and performance guarantees based on our technologies, lines, units, key components and re-usable elements, with focus on the customer food application and production.
• Support sales and pre-projects in understanding customer needs, choice of solution and values.
• Perform training and marketing activities to market companies and end customers.
• Ensure a deep understanding of the dairy processing market needs, including competitor intelligence to set the proper functionality and price adjustments of our offerings.
We offer you a challenging position in a highly qualified team in an international environment with close contacts to sales and market companies. The position is based in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena. You will travel around 30% of your time.

Furthermore, you are business oriented and have a strong and recognized informal authority as well as a natural seniority. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and inspire people. To be successful in this position you have an extensive experience of production and design of process lines in the food industry. If you have experience from the dairy industry, specifically, it is an advantage. You probably have a University degree in food engineering or equivalent and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
