A key part of Dometic's global applications are our ERPs where we currently are embarking on a Global Rollout of D365FO. Today, Dometic runs 25+ ERP platforms, CRMs, E-commerce, PIM/product Information management, master data, integration platform, finance systems and locally managed applications worldwide. Applications that are at the end of their lifecycle need to be replaced, we have several global application modernization and consolidation projects planned for the next 2-3 years.
To get the optimal results for our busines, with a strong internal ownership of D365, we are now recruiting D365 Solution Area Architects to assume responsibility for the solution areas:
Finance & Controlling
Sales & Ecommerce
Manufacturing & Products
Procurement & Agreements
Warehouse & Logistics
Expectations are high on D365FO and in this role you will be able to make key decisions, drive our global agenda, and build D365FO architectural competence in Dometic.
Main Responsibilities
Take solution ownership of the D365FO solution area you are responsible for in new implementation projects as well as our regular releases:
Play an active role in discussing new requirements with the business process owners for the solution area
Drive the design and implementation of the requirement with internal and/or external partners
Be responsible for the overall solution quality end to end and drive continuous improvements e.g. stabilization and automatization
Maximize global alignment of our processes in D365FO cross our global D365FO instances whilst securing optimal processes per site
Be a mentor and upskill our ERPCC Team Members in D365FO by assisting in complex support cases
Work in tight cooperation with the other D365FO Solution Area Architects and the Platform Architect to secure full alignment between the respective Solution Areas
Support the various Project Managers with planning and decision material in our D365FO implementation projects globally
Who are we looking for
Qualifications and Experience
A successful D365 Solution Architect will possess the following qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in Dynamics 365FO from one or more solution areas (E.g. finance, sales, manufacturing)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
3+ years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect in D365FO
Fluent English and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain IT strategy and technologies to business leaders, and vice versa to the IT organization
