hela Sverige Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
D365 Customer Engagement is used globally with installations in +25 countries. After a move from on-prem to cloud, we will now increase the pace of new implementations of our Scania CRM (SCRM) solution. The plan is to implement around 25 more markets in the coming 15 months.
We are a global team with around 20 persons of different nationalities, we are working both from onsite and some offsite with full responsibility for our Scania CRM solution, so we are working within the whole life cycle with new developments, maintenance and support.
About the role
You will be an important part of Scania's Dynamics team, where in your role with your experience and competence, you independently participate and contribute throughout the development cycle as well as in new modifications needed in our implementation projects. You will work with both standard solutions and customized solutions and you are expected to share knowledge and coach your colleagues. It is important for us to create long-term solutions that will give value to our users and that maintenance and life cycle costs are taken into account. Qualifications
• You have a relevant university degree or equivalent experience and we are looking for you who have between 5-10 years of experience as an application specialist Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE. It is an advantage if you have experience of ISVs and power apps connected to Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE.
• You have a good ability to analyse and understand the business's challenges and requirements and can translate that into a long-term and cost-effective IT solution.
• You have the ability to perform the basic customizations for solution building.
• You can plan and conduct system and acceptance tests as well as hold workshops and training sessions.
• You must be able to create effective documentation.
• You must have experience in integrated systems where Dynamics CRM/D365 CE is connected to other LOB systems.
• You are a creative, energetic and solution-oriented person. You are clear in your communication and straightforward with your opinions, but are also responsive and humble and have a good pedagogical ability.
• You need to be a good communicator who enjoys collaborating with other people and with a strong social ability.
