All about the role:
You will be part of the Enterprise Architecture Team within the Consumer Experience solutions organization in Business Area Europe. The Enterprise Architecture Team is responsible for defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision across Consumer Experience solutions to help ensure the Systems and Solutions under development fit for its intended purpose across all channels. Our D2C Solutions landscape comprises of several applications involving multiple technology stacks and platforms that enable our infrastructure to support consumer and internal users to have a delighting experience.

• Propose and design solutions to unlock the potential of the Direct-to-Consumer Sales solutions.
• Plan our infrastructure and technology stack supporting Consumer Sales.
• Widen your experience by working on defining architecture and technical solutions on a highly integrated Direct-to-Consumer Sales landscape involving multiple technologies
• Support and advice Business and all IT teams through coordination of rapid prototype developments and proof of concepts on various internal and Cloud Native platforms.
• Become the D2C reference Architect for the Electrolux eco-system being responsible for the overall design quality, security and nonfunctional requirements of the Direct-to-Consumer solutions.
• Being the reference for all the Innovation Processes for in the Cloud native technologies.
• Support the definition of the DevOps and agile approach.

What you will do:
• Act as the expert for the evolution of systems and platforms of the integrated D2C landscape.
• Participate in planning, definition, and design of the Direct -to-Consumer Sales solution and exploration of solution alternatives.
• Contribute on architectural relationship with the platform providers, implementation partners and provide guidance to the development teams.
• Actively participate in the Continuous Exploration process on CX areas.
• Work with all parties to establish Consumer Experience and Sales principles.
• Clarify D2C Solutions intents, information models and documentation requirements.
• Analyze the impact of design decisions from the prospective of the nonfunctional requirements
• Plan and develop the D2CArchitectural Runway in support of new Features and Capabilities
• Work with Product Management to determine the capacity allocation for enablement work
• Mentoring and supporting development teams to take shared code responsibility ensuring the development model supports high speed and good quality deliverables with the ability to build faster, build in parallel and release often.
Who you are/ qualifications:
• Advanced and proven experience with SAP Commerce Cloud CCv2
• Experience in integrating SAP Commerce Cloud with SAP ECC (ERP) applications and other third part systems.
• Experience with SAP Cloud CRM (SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud) is welcome
• Knowledge on Order Management System principles
• Exposure to architectural designs of Omnichannel Sales System (preferably for Consumers business)
• Proven experience to work in a full agile ecosystem heavily Scrum methodology oriented
• Development skills with at least one Commerce platform. Experience with multiple platforms preferred
• Proven experience with technical product management or software development
• Design and Implementation of solutions enabling sales of Services
• Business process expertise within Sales, contact center, field service management are welcome
• Knowledge of EA principles and methodologies
• Microservice + API based architectures Design and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) is a plus
• Experience with DevOps practices/tools within Cloud and On premises environment
• Low Code platform principles knowledge is welcome
