hela Sverige In the role of a helpdesk consultant, you will assist customers within IT / telecom - related issues such as password reset and synchronization of email and mobile phone.
Main duties include registering new cases, the monitoring and support of our key applications. You will maintain, monitor and be responsive to the tasks that "usually" occur in a helpdesk enviroment.
What do we at Dfind IT offer?
The mission is part of our consulting business , which means you will be employed by Dfind IT but you will be working with our client in Lund.
Start: Immediately . Full-time for at least 6 months. Possibility for extension
Who are we looking?
We are looking for someone with experience of Helpdesk and support jobs. You should have good knowledge of MS Windows , MS Office , etc. You have at least secondary education at least 2 years experience in application support . Do you have experience of servers and network is a strong advantage . You speak Czech and English fluent in both spoken and written. Swedish language is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with support and problem solving. You are a service minded person that is helpful in your nature. Working in a analyzing matter and having a good understanding of the business flow in an a larger organization characterize you as an employee . You enjoy working independently and in group. You take on new tasks and see them as challenges! In your future role , you will have different types of contacts internally and since you appear in an international environment, it is essential that you have strong communication skills.
