Natural Cycles is one of Stockholm's hottest startups and the world's leading startup in the area of contraception and reproductive health. Besides providing women with a life-changing tool to monitor their fertility, the application is also a unique research platform yielding exciting new clinical data on a regular basis.
We are looking for a Cycler Community Liaisonthat will be responsible for engaging and helping to develop our thriving community on social channels. You will have a key role in shaping our community, and be the voice of Natural Cycles.You will be working in the marketing team, closely with the Communication strategist.
What you will be doing
• Build, encourage, manage and be an active member of the global Natural Cycles community in our forum
• Adopt the Natural Cycles brand Tone of Voice in all communication
• Execute, measure and help develop the communication strategy for our thriving community forum
• Host different types of Live sessions (eg tutorials and interviews)
• Be the voice of Natural Cycles in our social channels by being the first to engage and help answer queries on all comments in our advertising and owned channels
• Generate insights regarding our community and provide recommendations for improvement
• Close the loop between our users and our product team
• Generate campaign reports in order to track sentiment - monitor negative & positive comments on our advertising and offer insights regarding how we can improve our paid media on social platforms
What skills and experience you should have
• 2+ years relevant job experience
• Academic degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in Marketing/Communication
• Track record as a community manager
• Excellent communicator, fluent in English
• You have a genuine interest in helping and engaging with people
• Highly empathetic
• A digital native that understands social media platforms and communities within them
• Genuinely interested in building, retaining and driving communities
• Comfortable in a highly dynamic and high performance goal-oriented environment
• Ideally you have an interest in women's health
• Confident and compassionate team player
