Duties:Lead, distribute and manage tasks within the company.Be involved in the entire company's development by working on business plans, budgets, strategy, sales, finance, and follow-ups.Represent the company towards the customer and other stakeholders.Actively sell and market the company's product and service portfolio.Negotiate business contracts with B2B customers.Lead the company's management team, lead and develop employees.Develop and execute the company's marketing communication plan.Desired qualifications:Good business morals and ethics.Good negotiating experience.B2C experience. B2B is an advantage.Good experience in international sales.Good knowledge of the CyberSecurity industry.Resourceful and has good decision-making skills.Service-minded and customer service oriented. Comfortable on stage and fluent in demonstrating technologies.Excellent collaborative skills.Excellent collaborative and organizational skills.Speaks and writes fluent English, additional languages are an advantageFamiliar with the startup ecosystem and has previous experience from startup companies.Good experience with digital media and "new age" marketing strategiesKnows how to create structure within a new company and lead it to successKnows how ignite and rally ambition within the team, board, shareholders, and investors.Additional requirements -It is a necessity for the CEO to be present in Luleå on a daily basis, or relocate somewhere nearby in order to be able to work together closely with our core team, Arctic Business Incubator Advisors, shareholders, board and investors.Apply today:Send your application to
