Role Summary
The CSMS (Cybersecurity Management System) process architect is responsible for defining, developing, and maintaining the process landscape that enables the organization to meet regulatory (e.g. UNECE R155) and technical (ISO/SAE 21434) requirements for vehicle cybersecurity. This role ensures that cybersecurity is systematically integrated into the entire product lifecycle from concept, development, production, and operation to decommissioning.
The Process Architect acts as the key interface between governance, engineering, and compliance functions, ensuring that cybersecurity management processes are robust, auditable, and adaptable to evolving threats.

Job responsibilities
Develop and maintain the CSMS process architecture
Ensure that processes meet the requirements of regulation (e. g. UN R155) and are aligned
with ISO/SAE 21434
Define roles, responsibilities, and KPIs within the cybersecurity process framework.
Ensure alignment between organizational CSMS and project-specific implementations.
Specify and support tools needed to implement CSMS processes effectively
Provide expert guidance during audits and project milestone reviews.
Support system engineering team to implement CSMS process correctly and efficiently.

Who You Are
We believe that you are a systems thinker and a strong communicator with a passion for cybersecurity and regulatory excellence. You bring:
Background in system architecture, embedded systems development, or automotive cybersecurity.
Solid knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155, GB/T 44495 or other Road Vehicles Cybersecurity Engineering and experience implementing management systems in a regulated
development context.
Excellent skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
Experience in defining and auditing cybersecurity processes, ideally within a vehicle OEM or tier-1 supplier.
Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and methods (TARA, penetration testing, vulnerability management, requirements traceability).
Strong leadership and communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.


It is a plus (not a must have) if you have:
Experience with cybersecurity supplier governance and interface agreements (e.g. CS-DIA).
Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, formal training in ISO 21434 or similar.
Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and information security (ISO/IEC 27001).
Knowledge of Scanias PD process, SAFe framework, or TRATON governance forums.
