Job Description
At H&M Group, we are constantly striving to empower our colleagues in protecting themselves and our products against cyber-threats. We are now looking for a cyber security trainer who will help our Business Tech teams become confident in securing their products.
What you will do
As a Cyber Security Trainer, you will join the Security Culture & Competence team, an innovative and multidisciplinary team striving to empower our colleagues to protect themselves and our company against cyber-threats.
You will contribute to the development and delivery of our new H&M Group security upskilling program. You will participate in the creation of several sophisticated, technical, hands-on learning paths for different roles such as Product Owner or Software Engineer, based on your experience of the security skills needed in modern agile product teams. You will use existing content and training platforms to be able to scale to an organization of about 8 000 colleagues, but you should also expect to contribute to create content and host trainings, coaching or Q&As sessions to our colleagues in Business Tech.
You will constantly strive to understand how we can help our colleagues in product teams in their day-to-day job, make sure the trainings are relevant to them, and will make a point to always measure the value you created for our business. Our goal is to make security easy!
Collaboration is key in our new organization and you will work close together with your colleagues as well as executing your tasks autonomously.
Qualifications
Your interest in the IT and Information security world will totally blow us away, and your skills as a trainer, instructor or content developer are unmatched. You have done your research when it comes to how to lift the security competence in an agile organization. You have been supporting product teams in the past with security and understand their challenges as well as their needs.
We believe you are also known for your personal traits such as being a doer, curious and engaged, and you're never afraid to try something new and different. These are personal skills we love at Business Tech so don't be afraid of showing them.
You have strong analytical abilities to understand needs that are not yet fully formulated, but also true people skills that will allow you to support teams with empathy and drive long-lasting behavior change. Degrees are great, but we believe your skillset compliments and enhances your educational background.
Finally, we work in a constant changing environment and no day is like the other. Therefore, we believe you thrive from working in a not yet formalized environment where anything and everything can happen. H&M Group is a value driven company.
