We now seek Cyber Security & Privacy Business Partnership Manager that can help us build the future of a digital IKEA. Our ethos is security and privacy by design. We expect security and privacy to be a built-in quality aspect, not a bolted-on property.
WHO YOU ARE
You are genuinely curious about the IKEA business and always strive to understand and contribute to our vision. What you bring to the table:
• Deep knowledge and experience of Cyber Security and/or Privacy risk and control domains
• Wide knowledge and experience of Cyber Security and Privacy threat and control trends
• Extensive knowledge of security & privacy risk management tools and techniques
• Wide knowledge of global Cyber Security & Privacy laws, regulations, and standards
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Cyber Security and/or Privacy technical and process controls design, implementation, and effectiveness
Background
• Proven experience across the Cyber Security field in one or more of the domains of security, privacy, and compliance, in a large corporate environment, for at least 8years
• Experience of managing a cyber security or privacy team responsible for Policy and Risk advice to front-line business management and conducting business risk assessments
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Extensive experience of formal methods of assessing risks (either cyber or privacy)
• Experience of Policy development for cyber security, privacy, or other relevant technical subjects
• Experience of cyber security and/or privacy strategy development and communication/agreement with key stakeholders
• Experience of providing advice and/or presenting concepts and assessments to senior, non-technical business management
• Experience of working with relevant law or regulation regarding cyber security and/or privacy

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
You will be joining the Cyber Engineering Team for one of our domains.
Our responsibility is to enable and support our engineering teams to systematically work with security and privacy, by operationalizing the IKEA strategy for Security & Privacy By Design. We support the engineering teams by translating security and privacy findings into actionable risks 'to make informed and conscious decisions.
We are a new team within IKEA, and you will have plenty of opportunity to influence the ways of working and help develop best practices. As innovation is a part of the IKEA DNA, we encourage you to think new, and create space for you to bring your own innovative ideas to life.
