hela Sverige As Cyber Security Manager at Husqvarna Group you will, as part of the Global Information Services (GIS) Security Team, contribute to that IT systems and infrastructure throughout Husqvarna Group meet an adequate level of security, that security is an inherent component of processes and ways of working, and that security best practices are followed and to verify that the aimed for level of security is actually achieved across the board.
The GIS Security Team is a central support function governing, managing and following-up IT and Cyber security across Husqvarna Group. Other departments throughout Husqvarna Group and suppliers to Husqvarna Group cater for the day-to-day operational security activities, e.g. managing firewalls, SEIM solutions, anti-virus and anti-phishing measures and many other services. You will be working closely with these departments and suppliers.
The IT environment of Husqvarna is global and encompassing a wide mix of traditional systems and a growing number of cloud services and home grown digital services and solutions.
Key responsibilities
• Leading security and risk assessments, IT security audits, performing vulnerability scanning and security analyses.
• Investigating IT security breaches and recommending mitigations and how to avoid such in the future.
• Supporting security in software development and acting as a sounding board for developer security champions and the development community.
• Assessing security properties of new systems and/or (cloud) services.
• Participating in pre-studies, projects and change activities.
• Representing IT and Cyber Security in IT architecture and other forums.
• Providing IT and Cyber security expertise to the organization as an advisor.
• Independently keeping an eye on the security posture of Husqvarna Group.
Who are you
• Passionate about IT and Cyber security combined with being curious and having a developed security consciousness.
• Have a relevant academic education or a solid relevant experience in the area.
• Proven experience within IT and/or Cyber Security.
• Preferably project management experience and implementing changes in ways of working with security.
• Preferably experience from cooperation with and management of outsourcing vendors with regards to security.
• Preferably holding a professional certification such as CEH, CISSP, CISA.
• Excellent in communication and networking, ability to convey IT risks to people at different management levels throughout the organization.
• Proficient in the English and Swedish languages, both written and verbally.
