Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security acting Enterprise IAM CoE Lead to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Act as the Acting Enterprise IAM Centre of Excellence Lead during the ongoing recruitment for the long-term role.
Drive the delivery and future IAM service portfolio, ensuring core capabilities for effective and secure identity and access lifecycle management.
Oversee the ongoing IAM transformation project and the rollout of new IAM platforms, consolidating and prioritizing the overall IAM roadmap.
Coordinate IAM business requests, aligning activities with current operations and the IAM transformation project.
Establish and facilitate the IAM Change Request Board, obtaining approval for change requests and prioritizations for the IAM roadmap.
Mature and describe the future IAM service portfolio, aligning IAM goals with Cyber Security Tech Centre, Business Tech, and company-wide compliance to policies and regulations.
Identify market-standard KPIs for IAM delivery and define Objectives and Key Results for teams to align with overall delivery.
What You Bring:
Several years of experience leading roles within Enterprise IAM, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
Strong leadership skills with expertise in stakeholder management and collaboration across business units and teams.
Creative and critical thinking with outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Skills Needed:
Track record of successful IAM deliveries in complex and large environments, covering both operations and change programs/projects.
Experience overseeing IAM/IGA solutions in an enterprise environment and driving IAM process change and implementation activities.
Ability to drive the creation, maintenance, and enforcement of policies and procedures for effective provisioning, de-provisioning, and entitlements.
Security mindset with general knowledge of security concepts.
Experienced leader with a deep understanding of team dynamics and the ability to lead without formal staff responsibility.
Top-notch collaboration and communication skills.
Relevant certifications are beneficial: CISSP, CISM, CompTia Security+, Identity Management Institute (IMI) certifications.
