• Develop & improve Cyber Security Services meeting the Enterprise Cyber Security policy;

• Combine Cloud, DevSecOps and Automation to deliver value based on Product area roadmap;

• Add value to and co-operate with several teams in the Swedbank Group, such as:

• Cyber Defence Centre's Security Incident Response Team (SIRT);
• Security Operations Centre (SOC);
• Threat Intelligence (TI);
• Network Security;
• And other related IT departments.

• Design, implement and maintain commoditized cyber security products infrastructure such as:

• Log Management and Intelligence (UEBA, SIEM);
• Malware Protection, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR);
• Data Leakage Prevention, Network Access Control (DLP, NAC);
• Database Activity Monitoring (DAM);
• Web Application Firewall (WAF);
• Network Detection & Response (NDR).

What is needed in this role:
• A true team player, eager to solve challenges and share knowledge with your team;
• Generate a constructive and positive co-operation with teams and team members;
• Strong motivation and willingness to build a network;
• Constant drive to stay updated on technological development;
• Ability to handle uncertainty and to make quick and efficient drill down investigations;
• Strong IT skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, network, and data centres;
• Experience and/or interest in Cyber Security area;
• A DevOps mindset;
• Experience with scripting, query language or software development background;
• Understanding of program development, infrastructure architecture, database modelling;
• High ethics and morale, as well as strong integrity;
• Enjoy working according to Scaled Agile principles;
• Bachelor's or Masters' degree in related field or proven work experience;
• The ability to write and speak clearly in English.
