Job description
You will be part of our customs department, which consist of two other employees with the common goal that the customs processes should be correct and at the same time as efficient as possible. The customs department is a small but very important part of our goods flow and belongs to the Logistics department. As a Customs Specialist, you work with everything that concerns import and export and the role is both challenging and versatile.
Your main work tasks will consist of all handling of import and export such as declaration, document checks, certain registration, classification of goods, self-checks, follow-ups of various kinds and to develop and drive the customs processes forward.
The role also includes contact and collaboration with various departments within Lindex, but also with authorities and carriers etc.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Education within customs and/or equivalent work experience in qualified customs handling
We value a committed, driven and curious attitude as well as a strong team spirit
In addition, we see that you are structured, flexible, analytical and that you are service oriented
Good knowledge of the regulations for customs and AEO permits
Fluent in both Swedish and English in both speaking and writing
Good knowledge of Excel and Word
