What You'll Do
The group you will be a part of is a team of 5 talented and well skilled Customs Specialist working in areas such as Origin & Solicitation, Classification, special procedures such as Inward Processing Relief, Outward Processing Relief among others. All this to support and pave the grounds for our daily Customs Operations team as good as possible. We have a highly open and energetic work environment where we support each other and continuously strive for improvement and welcome new and creative ideas. We collaborate in a global surrounding with organizational stakeholders such as Inbound & Outbound Logistics, Manufacturing, After-market, Pre Production Plant as well as our Suppliers all over the world and to ensure that import and export business are conducted in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. But most important, work with Customs related topics in the best possible way.

You Will Also analyze and build efficient Customs processes. Perform and support in reviews of existing import and export flows in regards to duty payments, process security and compliance. You will manage and support inquiries and audits both internal and external. Control and investigate when issues occur to secure compliance in every customs related process according to the applicable legislations. Be responsible for Inward Processing Relief reporting and cooperation with internal as well as external contacts. You will grow and maintain good relations with Swedish & Belgian Customs Authorities while taking responsibility in your own development by reaching goals in development plan. You will also contribute to reach your teams and the department's goal and need to inhabit great computer skills.

Do you fit the profile?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a Customs or Logistics degree or equivalent professional working experience. You have several years of experience including work life experience from positions where analyzing and working with Customs processes has been the main focus, and you are proficient in English, both spoken and written. You must be comfortable to work cross functional with our Customs team in our regions in both China and America to contribute and exchange knowledge and learnings continuously.
