Customer Value Director

With our current Customer Value Director taking on new challenges within the company we are now for the lookout for a new great personality and competence to be part of the change journey!

You and the team you lead will be the guarantee for customer value in all our offers as you will be responsible for the areas of pricing, positioning, packaging, volume estimates and sales mix estimates for the Lynk & Co offer portfolio. The area is both strategic as well as operational in nature. Part of the job is to develop and establish the operational capabilities and competencies within the areas of responsibility. Depending on focus the position can be based either in Amsterdam, Netherlands or Gothenburg, Sweden. As we are a company and brand in strong development you will be involved in many and most areas relating to the areas of responsibility, such as IT-infrastructure, new innovative offer development as well as revising the traditional automotive goto market approach.

A keen sense of customer perspectives, especially the slightly younger minded global audience with a very strong connected lifestyle is essential. "Appliable" knowledge of what it takes to establish and run a profitable business and how to define, develop and manage a competitive offer structure in a highly competitive consumer market is vital. Strong interpersonal skills as well as a quick mind with good analytical skills and financial understanding is taken for granted in this position. The ability to intellectually move quickly between discussions on numbers, customers, products and business will be valuable. And mostly, that you enjoy being part of a great team and that you like hands-on responsibility and quick decisions. We are a small and agile team where teamwork is the guiding principle. Responsibilities and tasks

Continue to establish and manage the customer value team and function

Secure and maintain the continued commercial competitiveness of the Lynk & Co offer

Develop, establish and operate the offer (pricing, packaging etc) model and methodology

Develop and maintain pricing and mix/volume plans based on brand, business objectives as well as market-, competitor- and customer-insights.

Develop, consolidate and manage pricing and volume strategies globally coordinating Europe, US and China needs.

Own and drive market equation related topics both within the wider Geely Auto organization as well as within the Lynk & Co International organization.

Requirements

Entrepreneurial mindset, can do mentality, and most important, having fun at work!

Strong leadership experience from international and diverse environments and cultures. We are a diverse team and plan on strengthening that even further.

MBA level experience/education is valuable in this position as well as practical experience from setting up and managing service offer portfolios within consumer markets

International experience is highly valuable, we are a global brand.

Hands on experience from pricing, commercial strategy and portfolio management of complex consumer products and service offers is crucial.

Ability to transform customer and market needs and wants into competitive offer packages and pricing positions as well as develop volume and mix plans.
