hela Sverige You will be part of FACTS in Västerås. The FACTS technology enables power system owners to increase capacity in the existing power system while the electrical stability improves. As a result, more power reaches the customers at a minimal environmental impact, shorter project lead-time and lower investment costs. At the FACTS unit in Västerås, we develop and sell this groundbreaking technology to customers on the global market.
Tasks
FACTS position as the no. 1 supplier worldwide makes our global presence obvious in everything we do. When delivering a FACTS system, it is crucial that the customer feel confident taking over the station for operation and maintenance. As responsible for the training section at FACTS, you will support the project organization by coordinating and conducting technical training to the customer, and also offer standardized and specialized training to our aftermarket customers. The job will also include internal training, which we through our Employee Training Program offer to FACTS? personnel. During the tender process you will support the tender team with information about adequate training programs and costs in regards to specifications and customer needs. The job will also include development work where you, together with a colleague, will develop and standardize training material and make it accessible to the organization. Requirements
You preferably hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering combined with teaching talent and a creative mind. You have a genuine technical interest and a few years? work experience from high voltage, electronics, data applications or similar. Experience from working hands-on with high voltage products is advantageous, as is a teaching or technical training background. Proficiency in MS Office and English is essential, whereas additional language skills are positive. One of your challenges will be to communicate the most technically advanced subjects in an understandable manner. Hence, you need strong social and pedagogical skills. Further, you have a genuine interest in customer relations and the ability to build lasting relations. It is also important that you are responsible, structured and thorough in all your undertakings.
