CFO representative in the CT and business partner to CT Head.Accountable for all actual CT reported numbers and accuracy of CT forecast for MN&GS; reviewer of forecasts for all BGs.Ensures compliance with Nokia accounting principles, reporting guidelines, processes, tools and internal controls (SOX) in the CT.Ensures quarterly certification of CT financials and provides audit support. Owns and oversees SOX controls (revenue, balance sheet) within area of the responsibility.Performs financial risk management, reflects risks and opportunities in financialsProvides financial expertise for customer offers when required, and supports negotiations regarding financial matters, within approved LoA.Supports the order intake and OBL forecasting and performs CT order intake controllingResponsible for CT revenue recognition processes in close collaboration with BG Finance: reviews, prepares and presents all won sales cases to the RRB, and performs all subsequent reviewsSupports SSO CMO in cash collection process, performs collectability assessments, requests guarantees and bonds. Maintains credit limits and requests credit rating updates. Responsible for cash collection in CT's without assigned Credit Collector.Responsible for accurate reporting and controlling of CTs accounts receivables.Required competencies and experienceMinimum 3-5 years in a FPC or CTC roleGood knowledge of the Nokia business and driversBusiness AcumenStrong skills in planning, business analysis and financial performance managementGood communication and negotiation skillsInteraction with other units CT Head, CDM / Lead CDM, MU Controller, BG Region Controller, Financial Project Controllers, Region Accounting, BG Offer Control, SSO Project Controlling, SSO Credit Management Operations Example KPIs for the role:Order Intake, Order Backlog, Sales, Sales Margin, Forecasting and Reporting Quality, Balance Sheet items (e.g. WIP, Overdues) Educational level:Bachelor's Degree
