Do you want to be part of a start-up of a new Customer Support for Blueair Europe?

We are growing our European efforts and a natural step of that is to give our European customers the best possible experience.
This is an exciting role where you will contribute to excellent customer support for an important product - air purifiers. You will also, together with your colleagues, have the chance to build up the function and set your own mark on the routines and processes. We are accelerating our eCommerce journey and you will be the first point of contact towards our customers shopping online.

We are looking for a person that loves to give service and has a high portion of customer focus. The combination of a sales interest and a technical interest is a good correlation in order to succeed in the role.

Your responsibility area will be Europe and you will have a close cooperation with our Global Customer Support. You will part of the Blueair Europe organisation with daily contact with sales and logistics.

Main responsibilities

• Deal directly with consumers and dealers within Europe, (1st and 2nd line of support) either by telephone, e-mail and others
• Develop and structure customer support processes, system and workflows for European Customer Support
• Document and structure processes and documents for European customer support
• Respond promptly to consumer inquiries
• Handle local service and repairs enquiries for partners and distributors
• Oversee orders, forms, applications and requests for EU E-commerce
• Provide pricing and delivery information for consumers and work with upsell to customers
• Manage consumer accounts/ticket/keep records of consumer interactions and transactions

Your profile

• High school diploma
• Minimum 5 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and customer service principles
• Fluent in English and Swedish both oral and written, additional EU language is to prefer
• Experience from ERP/NetSuite is advantageous
• Product knowledge of electrical products is a nice to have
