Cool Company was founded in 2009 and is an entrepreneurial company that grows rapidly. Their turnover has doubled in just one year. The company is now increasing their pace of growth to introduce more offerings in established and new markets and in 2018 they have entered the UK market. Cool Company's business idea is to offer individuals self-employment that makes it possible for them to take on work and invoice without having their own company. Customers can invoice work by hiring handpicked specialists without having to employ them and Cool Company has the employer responsibility.

As of now 30 people are working at Cool Company and you will be part of their customer support department. The organisational culture is defined by a warm and open atmosphere. You will be working at the company's office at Östermalm in Stockholm. The role offers good opportunities for development and you will get to contribute to establishing the company in a new market. The hours of work are 8.30-17.00.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
In the Customer Support role, you will be responsible for the contact with UK customers. Your work responsibilities will include taking care of customers and provide them with support regarding their questions on registration, how taxes work and controlling accounts etc. The cases come in via mail, chat and phone.

As the company is entering the UK market in 2018 the role will be shaped by demand. It will be your task to make sure that laws and regulations for the UK market are adhered to and you will also be involved in implementing new routines and processes. Besides providing support towards the UK market you will get to support the teams working towards the Swedish and Norwegian markets.

Kvalifikationer
• Gymnasium / high-school level education

• Work life experience from a role in economics / finance / accounting

• Knowledge of UK laws, regulations and taxes

• Good command of English and Swedish in speech and in writing

We would like you to have lived in the UK and/or have good knowledge of the UK labour market. As most of your customers will be based in the UK we see that your English is very good and that you are motivated by providing your customers with the best service possible. You are communicative and relationship building in your contact with customers. As Cool Company is in the process of entering the UK market we see that you want to be involved in setting new routines and processes. You are a person that likes to act proactively and suggests ways of improving the role and the company. You take ownership of your role, your customers and your cases in order to provide the best support possible.
