Essential Responsibilites
To contribute to the management of teh customer's rental and compliance requirements GE TIP Trailor AB Sweden is searching a highly motivated colleague.
With reference to the Country Operations
manager you will be responsible for the day to day support to our customers in co-operation with our commercial team, other functions and our Vendor network.
This involves building and owning an efficient and professional approach towards solving issues for our customers.
Qualifications/Requirements
We expect that
• You have experince with customer service and Vendor management.
• You are open - and service minded and have excellent communication skills
• You have the ability and the will to acquaint yourself with technical questions
• You have fundamental IT skills, MS office
• You work structural, persistent and have focus on details
• You have the ability to prioritize with efficiency
• You have a flexible approach to your work
• You are fluent in English an Swedish, verbally as well as in writing.
