We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for a company located in Ludvika.
Assignment description
Description:
Provide internal and external customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinates resolution with After- Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
The manager is looking for someone to cover for a parental leave.
In addition to the description, we are looking for a person who is energetic and has a positive and problem solving attitude.
You also need to be thorough and have an eye for the details.
Fluency in both English and Swedish required
This is a full-time consultancy position (cover for a parental leave) through Incluso in Ludvika. Start: Dec 14. First period of contract will be to March. After that there will be an extension to 2021-12-31.
