The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for our customers and business partners. In this role you will use your customer service skills and knowledge to aid the team by reacting to customer inquiries.
This position reports to
Sales Support Manager
Your responsibilities
Providing outstanding customer service via email, phone and chat
Handling cases/requests in a timely manner
Placing hardware and software orders
Managing price requests
Focusing on Continuous Improvement
Your background
Minimum High School Degree
A demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service
Organized and self-going personality with attention to details and good multitasking skills
A fast learner and good at following processes
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
Fluency in Swedish and English is a must
