We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our client in Västerås!
As a Product Support Specialist within in the customer product support team you will be a key player to define and resolve customer experienced problems on the global installed base of Robotics products. Together, with the team and R&D, you will contribute to the development of new solutions and support their customers. This is your chance to join a truly unique journey ahead!
In this role, you will:
• Provide internal and external customer support (e.g., technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance)
• Coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.
• Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
• Coordinates resolution with After- Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
Your responsibilities as Product Support Specialist:
• Take ownership of their Customers Controller & Software issues and find solutions to keep their customers production running.
• Identify and follow up all activities needed to support customer requests.
• Collaborate with local units to enable Superior customer experience.
• Based on facts and general statistics, communication status and conclusions on multiple levels of the organization.
• Be the link and enabler between R&D and their local teams & End-customers.

Qualifications
• You have good skills and experience from systematic issue resolution.
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken. Other languages such as Swedish, German or Chinese are meritorious.
• Meritorious: Six sigma certificate or similar.
• Meritorious: Good knowledge in Robotics programing language RAPID or similar.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start in August, and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-07-26 with possibility of extension.
