We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to our client in Landskrona. You will be part of a fast-growing company!
In this role, you will provide internal and external customer support (e.g., technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) for water cooling systems worldwide, within electrifying processes, and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinates resolution with After- Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
Main tasks as Customer Support Specialist:
• Technical support
• Spare part quotations
• Spare part orders
• Warranty handling
• Updating of annual Spare part price list
• New customer registration
• Custom codes, freights, logistic questions

Qualifications
• You have an academic degree.
• You have several years' working experience from a similar role.
• You are fluent in English, both oral and written. Swedish is a plus.
• You have knowledge in SAP and Office package.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-12-31, with possible extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client in Landskrona. Remote work is possible one day a week.
