The Customer Service Specialists at Mentice have multiple areas of focus.
This position will be allowed to grow into one of these 4 areas:
In-House Support and Delivery, Quality Assurance Testing,
In-Field Product Demonstration and Inside Sales.
During the onboarding process all areas of focused will be experienced.

Candidates must be outgoing with an interest in meeting and conducting
dialogues with both old and new clients.
This position is a base for a career development for candidates with

End users / hospitals / skills centers / research facilities
Device Industry clients
Internal Sales

Focus Area Responsibilities

In-House Support and Delivery:

Email and Phone Support of End Users
Manage customer systems sent in for repair
Coordinate Hosted customer units
Prepare, Test, and Distribute new systems for purchase
Maintenance and support of sales demo and rental systems
Assist in planning and executing Customer User/ Focus Groups meetings

Quality Assurance Testing:

Email and Phone Support of End Users
Work with Development Project Managers to test and provide feedback on relevant software projects.
Handle customer issues in the field through replication and then provide solutions
Record common issues and work with Development to create solutions

In-Field Product Demonstration:

Demonstrations: execution of relevant demonstrations to key prospects/ at roadshows with the aim to win
customer confidence and consequently business
In-field installation and training of new systems with new customers
Congress support: provide proactive and relevant congress support in all aspects
In-field service and repair: where needed/ requested provide on-site repair and troubleshooting
In-field preventive maintenance: in accordance with maintenance schedule/ agreement with customer
provide onsite preventative maintenance
Event support: provide paid/ unpaid customer event support

Inside Sales:

Follow up and propose to renew support contracts
Management of the installations/ monitoring of customers nearing point of being off support
Inform and discuss expansion of customer's current software
After-sales regular calls to understand and assist with system usage
Provide feedback to Mentice development department based on market developments
and functionality requests

Required Experience:

Associates or high in field of technology, IT, or equivalent.
Minimum 1-3 years of customer service or computer support related field

Required skills and experiences:

Exercises sound judgment with proven ability to resolve complex issues quickly and calmly
through critical thinking, analytical problem-solving and collaboration
Proven ability to function independently
Displays a polished, confident and professional attitude relevant to the premier image of Mentice
Uses clear, concise, consistent and tactful language, both orally and in writing, to communicate
effectively with multiple audiences on a wide variety of issues
Proficiency with computers and personal productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office.
