hela Sverige At our Figeholm factory, we specialize in developing, manufacturing, and selling insulation materials, including boards, laminates, and insulation components for the global transformer industry. We're currently seeking two Customer Support Specialists to join our team.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in providing both internal and external customer support. Your responsibilities will include handling technical inquiries, assisting with orders, and addressing payment-related queries as well as transport logistic in connection to the shipment. By coordinating with relevant resources, you'll ensure complete case ownership and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities
Order registration in the system and progress tracking from handover to delivery.
Communication with the customers regarding the delivery schedule, documentation approval.
Keeping track and archiving of documentation.
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders for successful execution.
Close monitoring of on time deliveries, invoicing status and incoming payments.
Your background
We believe that you have a few years of work experience in order and invoice processing and transport logistics.
We highly value your personality and see that you are structured, able to think critically and willing to learn.
You have great social skills, and you contribute with your positive and proactive mindset, as well as with your ability to create a good atmosphere.
Good skills in using Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system would be an advantage.
Fluency in English and Swedish is required, both written and spoken. Other languages will be a merit.
