hela Sverige Schneider Electric is expanding and is now looking for a customer support representative. The position is within the Customer Care Center located in Nyköping.
Your primary responsibility is to be the single point of contact for IT Business (former APC) customers and provide support within the region, establishing a strong and professional relationship with assigned accounts and contacts whilst assisting the sales team to increase revenue and market share. This includes 1st call resolutions for the majority of customer queries.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Provide post sales support to customers (for example validate entitlement and assisting customers with unit diagnosis).
• Logging customer details, problem descriptions and escalating complex cases.
• Take complete ownership of all customers' issues until resolution and ensure timely follow up on all commitments.
• Provide pre sales to customers by referring them to local resellers / creating web orders.
• Identify opportunities and respond to requests on product pricing/features.
• Follow up on leads generated form marketing activities.
Requirements
• Degree in Business and/or IT with 2-4 years relevant experience alt. 4 - 5 years of related experience.
• Ideally you have customer support experience and good multi tasking skills.
• You are fluent in one or more of the Nordic languages (Swedish/ Danish/ Norwegian/ Finnish) and in English.
• You have good working knowledge of major operating systems (Microsoft, UNIX).
