We are now recruiting a customer support representative who is fluent in Turkish and English to our global customer support team located in Stockholm.

About the role
As part of our Global Customer Support team your main task is to answer questions from our customers on the Turkish market, mainly through e-mail and social media, but also other channels.
Customer support is the first contact customers have with Storytel so we pride ourselves with giving them the best service possible no matter what the issue might be. Therefore it is important that you have great communications skills and love to find solutions.
