Greenworks is looking for a customer support colleague to our Nordic sales team located in Malmö. You will be part of developing the future.

We are looking for an experienced customer support colleague who will be part of our customer support department and mainly support our Nordic sales team.
You will support our customer with product information and order processing. You will also collaborate with supply chain and our finance department.
You will become the link between the end-customer and our operation which means:
Develop processes based on the market and user requirements
From time to time visit customers to understand their needs and requirements
Represent the team in projects and be the voice of the customer
The customer support team is also supporting a wide variety of tasks within the company[AB1] which means that you need to be able to adapt and overcome complex and challenging tasks outside of the customer support process.
This position includes some traveling approximately 5-10 days/year.
Job Requirements
Relevant Background
SAP experience SD (Order- Sales and distribution), or similar from other global order processing systems
Experience from setting and meeting expectations and goals
Good presentation skills
Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
Language
Beside Swedish, it is required that you are fluent in English both verbally and in writing. You must have some understanding of Danish/Norwegian and further skills like Finish and German are appreciated.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have good communication & presentation skills. It is also of importance that you have the ability to prioritize and have good analytical skills since this position includes investigations that you need to drive and draw conclusions from.

Ability to translate customer needs into requirements that can be used to drive processes and improvements
Be able to work with complex questions and prepare recommendations to improve systems and processes
Independently drive improvement projects
Create customer support personas that can be used to align customer requirements
Your personality in combination with relevant education, and a passion of working with people will be of importance in this role.
