hela Sverige * Support consumers in the European market via phone, chat and e-mails in NetSuit
• Provide technical assistance i.e. connectivity products related questions
• Pre-sales recommendations, pricing and delivery information
• Handle and resolve consumer complaints
• Record information details on all enquiries, comments, complaints and action taken in Ticket system
• Be a part of the development of Global Customer Experience
We believe that you are service minded and feel comfortable working with technical related issues and are interested in develop your skills about connected devices.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, written and oral. Other languages are an advantage
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Investigation and solution-oriented
• Service minded and a good communicator
• Relevant high school diploma or experience from similar work tasks is an advantage
• Experience of technical and Wi-Fi enabled products is an advantage
You will be employed by Express Rekrytering AB and based at HQ of Bluair located in Stockholm.

Varaktighet, arbetstid
Long term contract, full time. Starting as soon as possible until May 2018. You will be employed by Express Rekrytering AB and based at HQ of Bluair located in Stockholm.
