We are looking for a Support agent who will provide the highest level of customer support to our UK customers. You are a client-focused individual that enjoys working in teams and you enjoy multi-tasking and collaborating cross-teams.

Description:

iZettle lets anyone take secure card payments with their smartphones or tablets. The fast-growing start-up was founded in 2010 and currently has approximately 150 employees across its offices in Berlin, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Stockholm (HQ).

We are looking for a Support agent who will provide the highest level of customer support to our UK customers. You are a client-focused individual that enjoys working in teams and you enjoy multi-tasking and collaborating cross-teams.

You will report to the Customer Support Manager, and will work closely with the Sales and Product team to drive UK-related projects. Ideal candidates are highly ambitious and natural problem solvers with a personal track record that proves a passion for delighting customers.

Responsibilities:

• Actively working and managing the UK customers

• Working closely with the outsourced team responsible for the UK market

• Delivering set out KPIs for the UK market together with the Team Leader for International Customer

• Support Work with Customer Support Manager to analyze UK support metrics and work with the goal of decreasing overall costs while increasing satisfaction

• Work with Communication team to ensure all English written communication is accurate and in-line with company guidelines

• Maintain close collaboration with other teams within iZettle to deliver an outstanding customer experience

• Confident communicators (verbal, written and interpersonal), native English speaker

• Experience in a prior customer service role is a plus
