www.baux.se Working as a CUSTOMER SUPPORT & SALES COORDINATOR at BAUX you will support our international network of Sales Agents as well as existing and potential customers including architects, interior designers, commercial builders and end customers. You will support swiftly with professional advice and manage and develop client inquiries from initial interest throughout the sales cycle including customer support, proposals and pipeline management, order procedure, invoice handling and follow up. This work is mainly conducted through e-mails and telephone, but also physical meetings. This will be your core task but you will also contribute in other areas such as implementing an applicable CRM & Sales System. The work requires tight communication with BAUX factory teams in both Sweden and USA as well as logistical partners to coordinate their capacity to meet customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have
-Minimum 3 years work experience, preferably from a customer support-, customer facing-, order management- or logistical/operations related role
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• An eye for details, likes to work towards deadlines providing sound and qualitative support to customers
• Excellent and proven computer skills
• Excellent written and oral English and Swedish skills
• Project management skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external peers
• Previous experience in an entrepreneurial fast pace environment with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure It is beneficial if you also
• Have experience from interior design, architecture industry or acoustics
• Master French, German or other international language
