About the position
Perido is helping our client to find an administrative person to join their Customer Support and Logistics team. Our client is a partner to a world-wide organization, with a well-known brand in the automotive industry. They design, sources, sells and distributes merchandise goods as an integrated supplier - in more than 100 countries! At the office in Gothenburg you will join a team of highly dedicated, hands-on merchandise professionals who share the vision to deliver merchandise which support brand strategies and do that with passion and performance.
Your daily tasks
In the position of Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator your main responsibilities will be:
Transport booking
Support deliveries and customers with export documents, license's etc.
Support organization with knowledge regarding different logistics matters

In addition to that, other various administrative tasks within the team will be included in your work, like invoicing, monitoring logfiles etc. Most of the work is done in Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM, and they also use supplier programs for transport bookings and warehouse monitoring. The customer support & logistics team is a small group of people where everyone assists each other during holidays and peak seasons.
Your qualifications
To be successful in this assignment you must have very strong administrative skills, a structured way of working and good relational capabilities. You are communicative, outgoing, and service-oriented. You have a way to easily see the customers' needs and by being understanding and perceptive you can help them in the best way. Additionally, we need you to have good knowledge about transports, incoterms and customs, some of which you might have come in contact with in previous work experience. Finally, we hope you share the vision to deliver with passion and performance!

Required
Education within logistics, sales, or trade administration
and/or...
Some years of experience within customer support, logistics or warehousing administration.
Good knowledge about transports, incoterms and customs is mandatory
Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish

Meritorious
Another language, preferably French or Spanish is a merit.

Contract type and hours
Full time consulting assignment. Start at the latest 2022-01-10, ends 2023-02-10.
