In your role will handle pre-sales and service activities on a daily basis. You will be the natural link between Sales and the Development organization. This includes supporting Sales in technical questions and also with preparation of quotations and other related documentation and presentation. After a while, you will also be responsible for managing your own leads. Your efforts should always be focused to bring in the next big customer.
You will support existing customers and developers of the Qubulus developer community, and your mission is to help them understand and to get started with Qubulus products and services.
Qualifications
Documented knowledge and experience of professional services and customer contacts in a software development environment. Basic understanding of the software development process
Additional qualifications:
Fluent in English since Qubulus is a multi-cultural workplace
We'd also like to see that you have:
2+ years of work experience of working in customer related
activities
B. Sc or M. Sc in Computer Science, Telecommunications or
similar
Have documented experience of working in groups using
SCRUM methodology
Competence Knowledge of the following is also merited.
Knowledge about mobile technology and market trends
Knowledge about Wireless networks
S/W development processes and tools in SCRUM, UML
Experience from collaborative tools like JIRA, Confluence
Programming skills (Mobile application development)
Experience with driving customer projects
