About the position

Net Entertainment is looking for a manager to their Customer Support team. The Support Manager will be based in Malta. The support team is currently growing and to be able to serve the increasing amount of solutions and customers. In this expansion you will be a key player and your responsibility will be to actively take part in the building of this team.

The responsibilities of Customer Support are to handle incidents and incoming service requests from customers as well as monitoring of networks, applications and servers. The team is handling first and second line technical support.  

Your main responsibility is to secure a high quality service delivery to our customers and to achieve effective utilization of resources in the organization. You will also be responsible for aligning the individual's objectives within your team with the organizational goals. 

As Support manager you will also be responsible for:

• Manage and develop the Support team that consists of 8 support technicians.

• Coordinate incidents and problems within the team and between departments. 

• Customer communication related to incidents and service requests or other related matters.

• Budgeting for staff and staff related costs.

• Secure that the Support team meets all compliance requirements for the regulated markets that Net Entertainment acts on.

• Secure that staff have adequate skills and training to operate the different solutions within the department.

What's your background?
We believe the ideal candidate has excellent management skills and experience from the IT Industry.

It is preferred that you also have knowledge and experience within the following:

• Experience from operations of IT systems and support functions

• A minimum of 5 year experience from a managerial position, preferably for teams with 10+ employees.

• Knowledge of ITIL

• Academic degree

Since our working language is English high proficiency in English, both written and oral, paired with excellent documentation skills is a must on all Net Entertainment’s positions.
