We are looking for the Manager to the Customer Support team for one of our most important customers. The manager is responsible for the performance of the customer support deliveries as well as full manager responsibility for the 10 person's in the team.
The position is within the Corporate Banking business unit in Tieto, which is responsible for strategic products for payments, core banking, cash management, messaging and middle office services for Transaction Banking.
The team provides a single point of contact for the customer and facilitates the restoration of normal operational service with minimal business impact on the customer within agreed SLA levels and business priorities.
Your main task will be:
• Work according to SLA agreements and business priorities.
• Carry out monitoring and control, improving the monitoring methods.
• Analyze measurements
• Suggest improvements to the service.
• Monitor the service level according to agreements made with customers or internally agreed service level.
• Produce status reports.
• Suggest improvements to methods of working and agreements.
• Employment management, Performance & Competence management, Competence & Career management and Compensation & Benefits management.
