As a customer support manager, you will leading the team of customer support agents. As the head of the department, you will be responsible for implementing new policies/procedures and technology tools in order to maximize the performance of your team. You should establish measurable goals that are in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and goals.
The team is working on a shift basis hence you will be responsible for the shift planing. Together with the HR function, you will recruit new members to your team and coach/evaluate the existing members of the team.
We are looking for someone with previous experience from a managerial position. You enjoy working in a complex environment and you are having a high stress level. Since it is a manager position, we expect you to be comfortable leading other people and knowledge how to motivate your team. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
