Yubico is looking for a full-time, Customer Support Lead to join the security revolution, and empower customers to quickly and easily use the YubiKey with hundreds of services. You will engage with customers via multiple channels (email, chat and more) to answer user questions. You will share quantitative and qualitative feedback with internal teams to improve the Yubico user experience. You will become a Yubico product expert and a user advocate, as well as a consultant on Yubico's full product line of hardware devices, software applications, and services for technology partners. The successful candidate is a self-starter, with an eagerness to learn, and a passion for managing a cross-continental team.

Qualifications:
Management Degree - Marketing/Communications major is a plus
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong knowledge of authentication and internet security
Must possess a customer oriented mindset
Must possess a systematic approach to problems
Must possess an automation focused mindset
Experience working in startups
Experience with Customer Support in the tech industry

Responsibilities:
Regional team leadership
Lead the CS team within EMEA (and abroad when necessary)
Be a point of escalation for team members
Manage regional level priorities
Analyse ticket load to create/update processes (both intra and cross team)
Assess regional differences and work towards creating the ideal experience for EMEA customers
Be the example and standard of conduct and behaviour for CS EMEA
Act as the voice of the customer internally
