In our customer support department we are a team of five employees and we are looking for someone who wants to join us on our trip to "the world's best customer support."We work with six different countries; UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Austria. Work tasks include everything from taking orders by mail and phone, support our sellers, invoicing, answering questions via social media and e-mail as well as management of our car seat rental system.
Arbetsuppgifter
Our customer support has one of the most exciting and important tasks, namely taking care of our customers. Every day we communicate with our customers and it's a great opportunity for us to really prove how good we are.
The main goal is customer satisfaction and as a representative, you will make a difference by answering questions, solving problems, giving advice and delivering the amazing service that that will exceed our customer's expectation.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You are an English speaking person who understands the British culture and can express yourself fluently in both the spoken and written language. As the support will focus on the UK market, British English is particularly important to master! You have previous experience working in customer support.
As a person you are customer focused, structured, solution oriented, and you should feel comfortable with a lot going on at the same time. You are comfortable working independently but also a team player at times and it is important that you spread a positive feeling to the work group.
You have very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and in writing. If you speak and write other languages, such as German, Dutch, French and Italian and/or have knowledge of Axapta that is a plus.
