What does your working day look like?
You will be a part of our Customer Service team and your responsibilities include:
• Onboarding customers to our unique omnichannel platform
• Promptly identify and respond to customer questions and provide information to resolve any issue regarding our platform
• Maintain updated knowledge of the Btwentyfour Omnichannel platform
• Documenting customer communications within the company's CRM system

• You have experience in technical support within EDI, API, communication protocols and digital solutions.
• You speak German and/or French.
