We are looking for ambitious individuals who are service minded, have experience from customer support role, like technical challenges and would like to provide a high level of customer service.
You will be working in an technical support role where you will communicate with our customers via phone and email. You will also be expected to troubleshoot technical issues and try to solve them. Our customers work in retail and in order to help and support them it 's important that you understand the retail business.
We are looking for somebody who is self-motivated, confident and driven to support our customers, who are suppliers and retailers located all around the world.
You are an ambitious, service-oriented team player who would like to join our international team. You should enjoy digging into and solving technical problems. Preferably you have some previous EDI experience.
