We design and engineer world class Power Supply such as cables & Chargers. We are located in the center of Uppsala. We started with an idea of channeling creativity and true craftsmanship spirit and we ended up making power supply products appreciated by millions of loyal fans. Our target audience is everyone that appreciate design and craftsmanship spirit and loves premium charging equipment.
Our ideal candidate is driven by results and have a pragmatically conditioned mindset to always empirically measure and track results and progress. Furthermore, you enjoy working under organized conditions even if everything around you is messy you will find a way to work efficiently and goal orientated. It's a big plus if you previously have worked with online sales, with everything that goes with it from keyword-research, to sales copy and PPC campaigns, but it's not a requirement. All training necessary will be provided. The positions has to be filled ASAP preferably end of August.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide world class customer support to our customers
• Track and follow-up support tickets
• Document your work on regular basis
• Assist marketing and sales team with sales copy and translations
• Basic marketing research
• You must be native in either Italian/French or both
• You must be able to conduct training in our office and occasionally come in for briefing
• You must be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• You must be able to work up to 50% capacity
