Imagine landing a job in tech while helping people to live circularly? Sellpy's customer support team is looking for a Danish-speaking colleague to make a difference at our brand-new hub in Stockholm.
You are welcome to bring your passion for sustainability when you help our customers with a wide variety of endeavours. We are growing rapidly in Denmark and that's why we are excited to add a Danish-speaking colleague to the team.
The next Danish-speaking colleague will have a very important role in driving the expansion in the Danish market. Sellpy has customers selling and buying second hand products, and you will be responsible for helping customers in both areas, over chat, email but also over the phone.
We specialize in unique items at Sellpy, which gives you plenty of fun challenges that you guaranteed haven't faced before.
We look forward to working together and continuously improving our service based on customer feedback. You will take part in brainstorming ideas to further expand our customer support processes to deliver first-class service to our sustainable customers.
In short, you will:
Create satisfaction for our buyers and sellers in a wide variety of support errands.
Pick up inquiries via email, chat and telephone.
Learn lots from tech and sustainability in a fast-paced environment.
Help to improve our service based on customer feedback
Contribute to how we expand our processes in customer support.

You need:
Spoken and written fluency in Danish, and very good knowledge of English.
An interest in finding solutions and improving the offer for our customers.
A structured and service-minded mentality.

We are impressed if you have:
Experience from a customer-facing role.
An interest in second hand & sustainability.
